Requirements
Do you have what it takes to participate?

Before registering, check if you have all the necessary requirements to participate in the Pisa Half Marathon or in the competitive Pisa Ten.

Remember you don't need any special requirements to register to open races/running; if you have any doubts consult the rules, check the Help Center or contact our customer care service.

Italian athletes

All Italian athletes who meet the following requirements can participate in the Pisa Half Marathon or in the competitive Pisa Ten.

  • Membership
    Be members of any Italian sport organizations affiliated with FIDAL or be members of any Italian EPS (athletics section, with Runcard EPS if registered at the half marathon only) or have a FIDAL Runcard. Membership/cards must be valid on race day.
  • Age limits
    Be 18 years old if members of any Italian sport organizations affiliated with FIDAL ("juniores" - 18/19 years, "promesse" - 20/22 years, "seniores" - 23 years and over races categories) or if having a FIDAL Runcard or if having a Runcard EPS and be registered at the competitive Pisa Ten. Be 20 years old only if registered at the half marathon and having a FIDAL Runcard or a Runcard EPS.
  • Agonistic eligibility
    Have a valid certification attending eligibility for competitive sports in athletics. Only Runcard and Runcard EPS members must present certification when they register.

All foreign athletes who meet the following requirements can participate in the Pisa Half Marathon or in the competitive Pisa Ten.

  • Membership
    Be members of any sport organizations affiliated with Athletics Federations recognized by IAAF (while registering they must provide the self certification of possession of their membership card - form approved by FIDAL) or have a FIDAL Runcard. Membership/cards must be valid on race day.
  • Age limits
    Be 18 years old if members of any sport organizations affiliated with Athletics Federations recognized by IAAF or if having a FIDAL Runcard and be registered at the competitive Pisa Ten. Be 20 years old only if registered at the half marathon and having a FIDAL Runcard or a Runcard EPS.
  • Agonistic eligibility
    Be up to date (on race day) according their respective applicable rules for eligibility if members of any sport organizations affiliated with Athletics Federations recognized by IAAF. Athletes with Runcard while registering must provide the "medical mertificate for competitive sport activity" approved by FIDAL and used to get their Runcard membership.

All Italian or foreign runners can participate in the Pisa Half Marathon and in the competitive Pisa Ten without any membership provided they will be, on race day, 20 years old if enrolled in the half marathon, or 18 year old if enrolled in the Pisa Ten.

While registering the FIDAL Runcard must be requested; this card costs € 30,00 for Italian citizens or € 15,00 for foreigners and will be issued the week before the race (see the official Runcard website, www.runcard.com, for further informations). A valid certification attending eligibility for competitive sports in athletics must be provided to get the card.

  • Italian runners
    Italian citizens must require the eligibility certificate in competitive sports at an authorized Italian medical center for sports.
  • Foreign runners
    Download the "medical certificate for competitive activity" form approved by FIDAL. The form must be filled, signed and stamped by a medical officer.

The best, fastest and most secure way to register for the Pisa Half Marathon races is online at ENDU.net website. For cumulative registrations, or if you do not want to use the online registration service, you can send us your registration request together with any required documents. Here's how to do it:

Registration form
Download the registration form using the appropriate button, fill in the required parts and sign it.
Payment
Make the required payment with a bank transfer and make a copy of the receipt. Remember that registration requests without payment receipts will not be accepted.
Sending
Attach the registration form, the payment receipt and any other required documents (see the rules) to an email and send it to pisahalfmarathon@toscanatiming.it; alternatively you can fax it to +39 058 7240030.
Registration desks
If you want you can go to one of our official registration desks and register by paying directly on the spot. Only in this case there will be no commission or additional cost.
